6 weeks
So I am now a little over 6 weeks pregnant. Still going strong! This has been a crazy week. I had my first run with nausea on Friday. I woke up dizzy, which then turned in to major nausea until about 1:00PM. Other than that, I've been doing pretty well. We had Andy's 10 year reunion this past weekend, so we broke the news to many of our friends. We are so thankful for the support of our friends. I have many girlfriends who are moms who have shared advice, stories and opened themselves up to be called or e-mailed at any time when I have questions or concerns. I bought 4 books last week, yes, I'm a little obsessed. I've read up on medical stuff, but I've mainly enjoyed reading what other women have to say. Let's see....what else? I have my first OBGYN appointment set for September 15th. I'll be 11 weeks by then. I'm hoping they'll go ahead a do a sonogram, but we'll see. We'll I guess that's it for now. Sorry there aren't any pictures this week.

Just thought I'd share...They always did a sono the first visit to get an accurate due date through baby measurements and I'm at Seven oaks. I'm sure they will - it usually is vaginal because the baby is so small. Not sure if you will have vaginal since you'll already be 11 weeks. I had a normal one done at 12 weeks and 3 days. Can't wait to keep up with you!
