Grandma Lupe's 85th Birthday

This Saturday we celebrated Andy's grandmother, Lupe Gonzalez' 85th birthday. Andy's family came in to share in the joy. As many of you remember, Grandma gave us a bit of a scare a few months ago, but she is doing much better now. We were all thankful to have her around to celebrate 85 years of her life.

We had the Dallas area crew, the Corpus Christi crew, and of course the Boerne/San Antonio crew. It was such a great time. The Dallas group doesn't get to make it in very often, so it was so good to see everyone. We gathered together to enjoy dinner and fellowship. In the traditional Gonzalez way, the family pulled out guitars and began singing. We had worship, Beatles, Broadway, and a wide range of everything else. It is so incredible to me to see an entire family that is musically inclined. Good thing they didn't do auditions prior to getting married, or I would have been kicked out. My saving grace is that I can dance. :)
