Golduster Shower

Today I had my first shower. My sweet dance team girls threw me a baby shower. We had so much fun. I received tons of great gifts. Lyla is going to be the best dressed girl!! This being my first shower, was so much fun. I had such a great time opening gifts and seeing all the little baby items. Andy was invited to attend and at one point he said, "She's real!" I think seeing outfits and socks that she will be wearing made reality set in. One of Andy's favorite gifts was a baby Einstein wake up and goodnight CD. You know how my husband is about classical music!

My girls did such a great job. We played some fun games. One was guessing how many inches around I am. Then they pulled out the measuring tape to find out! I was horrified to do this, but was pleasantly surprised at the number (and NO I will not be posting it).

My big gift that the team went in together to get was the Vera Bradley baby bag filled with baby goodies. They picked out the pattern and everything! I was so surprised and excited. I can't wait to start using it.
