I had my last doctor's appointment on Thursday. I found out that I failed my one hour glucose test and have to go in for the three hour this week.I was suppose to receive a call and didn't so I had assumed I passed. What a way to start a doctor's appointment. The good news, I only put on one pound at my appointment. After being "scolded" two weeks ago I was working very hard to avoid sweets (my downfall) and eat healthier (which I think I do a good job of anyway).
So, on to this week. I have an extremely busy week at work. I have something going on every night and won't be home until 8:30 or later every day but Friday. Pulling 12-14 hour days is tiring enough, but add carrying around a growing baby, and it makes me even more exhausted. On top of being completely booked at work, I have to go in Wednesday morning to do my 3 hour glucose test and then Friday we have another sonogram. The sonogram is the exciting part. Andy and I love getting to see our growing girl. We haven't seen her since I was 23 weeks, so I can't wait to see how much she has grown. The reason for the sonogram, is to check on my placenta placement. If you remember, at 19 weeks my placenta was "low-lying", meaning it was attaching too close to my cervix. We have to check to see if it's moved. If it's not at least 3 centimeters away from my cervix, then I will be unable to have a vaginal delivery. The percentage of people who's placenta doesn't move is small, so I'm not too worried.
Please pray for strength and energy this week as I go through a long week. Also pray that I pass the glucose test and that we get good results from the sonogram. My next doctor's appointment is on February 9th (one week from today) and that is when I will get the results of both the test and the sono.
Hope you all have a great week.

Hang in there girl. It is only a few weeks away and then you get an extended vacation with that little beauty you have been carrying for so long.
Thank you for your prayers. It was a really hard week. Luckily she is doing well and hopefully it was something freak.
