Well, I have now survived two out of my three camps for June. The team, Lyla, my mom and myself headed out Wednesday afternoon. Our destination, Blinn Junior College in Brenham, Texas. My mom came to watch Lyla because I just couldn't spend another day without her. Let me just say Lyla did great. As you remember, we couldn't let the dorm mom know they were staying in the dorm with us because we didn't want my mom to have to pay the camper fee. Everything went so smoothly. Lyla was such a good girl for Grammy Tammy. I was so thankful to have Lyla with me. She did great at night and was the "star" of the show. Everyone loved getting to see her.
My dance team girls did a great job as well. My 47 girls were the biggest team there. The girls worked hard and performed well during their team and individual performances. I think we had a lot of team bonding. I am looking forward to a great year with these girls.
